CPA-led deal review, fractional CFO services, and M&A advisory for first-time buyers and owner-operators in the lower middle market. No retainer armies. No junior analysts. Just direct, experienced work. Delivered fast.
I work with a narrow client base, intentionally. The people I serve are in the thick of a deal or running a business they just bought, and they need someone who understands that context without a long onboarding.
Every engagement is scoped clearly, priced transparently, and delivered directly. No scope creep, no surprise invoices, no account managers.
I'm a CPA with a Big 4 M&A advisory background, where I worked on lower-middle-market transactions across valuations, financial due diligence, and deal structuring. After that, I launched Northeast Equity Partners, a self-funded search fund focused on acquiring essential services businesses.
Running an active search means I evaluate 20–30 CIMs a month, negotiate with brokers weekly, and live inside the same financial analysis I do for clients. I'm not a consultant who studies acquisitions. I'm an operator actively trying to close one.
I started MW Advisory to help the buyers and operators around me who are navigating the same terrain without a finance background or in-house support. The work is direct, fast, and built on real deal experience.
A note on conflicts: I disclose my search fund to every client upfront. I do not advise on deals I'm actively pursuing, and I don't compete with clients in overlapping markets without explicit discussion. Transparency is non-negotiable.
One-time deliverables available independently or bolted onto any engagement.
Most engagements start with a 20-minute call. Tell me where you are in your deal or business. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.
